In diesem Seminar werden interessante Arbeiten und Algorithmen der Bioinformatik behandelt, die verschiedene Algorithmen und Ansätze nutzen, um ein besseres Verständnis von regulatorischen Prozessen und deren Veränderung im Krankheitsfall zu erlangen. Das Seminar wird als Block-Seminar in der Woche vor Vorlesungsbeginn des Sommersemesters 2019 gehalten.
Um am Seminar teilnehmen zu können, muss man beim Themenvergabe-Treffen persönlich anwesend sein.
Dabei werden die Themen, ggf. per Losverfahren, verteilt.
